MONICA CROSS-PROCTOR

SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

As an experienced professional, I possess years of experience in the federal and private sectors, including fifteen years specifically in the training and development arena, including managerial roles, instructional systems design, facilitation/delivery, and multimedia development.

In addition, I possess a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Technology. As a dynamic training professional, I work with business leaders to meet their strategic training mission and partner with subject matter experts to tactically execute the vision and requirements flawlessly.

I am thoroughly familiar and comfortable with several authoring tools and multimedia, thus utilizing these modalities to deliver content most efficiently. My excellent communication skills allow me to transmit knowledge in a way that is easily understood by all kinds of learners. Additionally, I possess expert knowledge of learning theory and use this information to guide my actions.
